Errata

• In the section "Numerical Results", the values given for the parameters ν_cap and ν_vessel are wrong. The correct values for the first example are: ν_cap=0.01765s^-1, ν_vessel=0.05s^-1. The correct values for the second example are: ν_cap=0.0060671793s^-1, ν_vessel=0.05s^-1.
