GNCG-SPECT reconstruction matrices

This page features some short image sequences related to my dissertation Simultaneous Activity and Attenuation Reconstruction in Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography, a Nonlinear Ill-Posed Problem.
This page is still under developement.


The sequences show a thorax phantom for activity f and attenuation mu and their interpolation to rotated grids. Further an animation of the system matrices for the forward problem and the at backprojection related to the derivative of the ATRT at the true solution f,mu is shown.
